Robert Jolly, CPWA, is an accessibility strategist and consultant and the founder of A11y Is, LLC (a11y.is). He helps government, enterprise, and growing tech teams make accessibility a lasting capability, through audits, VPATs, remediation, training, program strategy, and usability testing with disabled participants. 25+ years in digital product management; including with GSA's Technology Transformation Services and Federal Acquisition Service, and the W3C WAI Education and Outreach Working Group.
